    FS: BBS RM 15x7/8.5

I have gone a different route so I guess these can go. I have invested a smallish large amount of money in them and don't expect to see it all back but I am firm on the asking price.

    RM 012
    1" lips in the front
    3" lips in rear
Lips are not fully polished out and they were off of some other wheels I parted out so they are NOT new but are in quite good shape.

The wheels aren't assembled, they come with chrome plated stainless Schmidt bolts, polished conical caps, chrome with whote logo caps and custom centering plates. Freshly powdercoated metallic burnt orange. I can assemble them if you want or send them as is.

    $1200.00 + shipping

Wheels are located in Findlay, OH

They are RMs so the bolt pattern is 4x100 back spacing is et33... These will fit an e30 PERFECT the way he has them setup.

its offset, not backspacing. and since he's added lips the offsets have changed.

it also looks like the center caps aren't OEM, they normally have indents that match the spokes. any word on that?

Thought the ET only changed if the rear barrell was changed? Seeing how this is a two piece wheel and the rear cant be changed wouldnt the ET be the same?

I mean thats what I get from looking at this chart.

On the RM with the 1 inch lip and the RM with the 3 inch lip the back spacing is still the same. You cant change the space btween the back of the hub and the back of the wheel lip with out adding a spacer.

The way they are set up here they would be et 9 at the rear and et25 or 25 at the front. I dislike the RM centering plate so I made those centers to clean up the look.

Backspacing and et are not the same. Keep both in mind when fitting to your car. et is based on the width AND backspacing. Backspacing is important for internal clearance. Here is a pic of the centers without caps.

But offset has to do with the entire wheel. I was under the impression back spacing is only the back clearance...

Yeah but when you add width to the outside of the wheel the total width changes, so the centerline is different in relation to the mounting surface. The backspacing stays the same and the centerline moves, changing the offset.

If these had come up last weekend I would have bought them. I was just shopping for wheels in this price range and picked some up on Sat. Good price with aftermarket lips!
