WTB: Replica Hartge Emblems

The old school Hartge Emblems for my wheels.
I've only been able to find the new ones, which I do not want to run. I lost a cap and the replacement cap does not have a sticker on it, so I'd like to get all of them redone.

I've attached a picture below. Obviously, I'd want the yellow to be made white. I want something that will last. If someone can do it, I'll take a sticker off one of the caps and send it.

I have a few sets of 47mm reproductions for $20 for a set of 4...

The one on the cap is original, the ones on the left are my repros...They are screened onto high performance vinyl with another layer of clear over top, so they are very resistent to UV and fading.
