For non-track use I've heard from other forum members, and a local (reputable) wheel shop that re-drills are totally okay for street/spirited street use. Not recommended for the track though. Re-drills look scary, but it should be fine.

correct and thats why i did a very good price on them. You wont get a set of those cheaper.
the hole in the cap ois for the screw to mount them.
