    Refill/Redrills

Love the look of these rims, and you have confirmed my theories that it is not imposssible to put 5xwhatever rims on a 4x100 e30 car without doing a complete 5 lug conversion. If these were to go on a stock suspension e30 (1990 325is) which tires fit without issues, and are 5mm spacers for all wheels needed aswell as longer bolts. Would that complete the shopping list of extras needed for this set up?

If it were me, I'd do a 5mm up front, 10mm out back (to even up the fitment), then run a 205/45 or 215/45.

And yes you will need longer bolts with the spacers. However, if you buy some spacers from www.ecstuning.com they will include the proper wheel bolts with the spacers for a very small additional fee.

From my experience you need an 8mm up front. Even with the 8mm i had to take some off my brake calipers. The wheels are made for calipers that sit further out so there isint much clearance close to the hub. Because of the fact that the front hubs stick out further in relation to the fender than the rear hubs a 15 or 20mm spacer is required on the back to make it look right with 8mm up front. Even with a 8mm and 20mm setup on my car the fronts stuck out more than the rears and i really wanted 25s in the rear but could not find any at a decent price. Sorry to muck up your thread with mindless gabble but 5mm would simply not work on 3 different cars i have had them on.

i have tested with 5mm up front with no fitment issues on the brakes. it is close but it works. i didn't test the rear since i figured there is no issue back there with the brakes. my plan was to run 225/45 tires on these wheels. i am rolled on the fenders tho.

an 8mm would be safe or even a 10 but i for the tires i wanted to run i could go 10 or 15.

I've been able to get them to fit on 2 cars (one girling one ate) with 3mm spacers up front with about 2mm of grinding off the clips. I can only assume the different cast have various amounts of flashing to contend with. If anyone wants to i'll trade you my pre ground clips for your stock ones. I'm going corrado/rx-7 so i don't really need them.
