I am in love with style 5s. Does anyone know how hard it is to get these filled and redrilled for 4x100?

I already asked if they can be filled and drilled. I guess I am going to look up the bolt converters.

E39 style 5s cant be filled and redrilled like most wheels as their center bore is too big.
