I'd assume this includes 4 wheels, caps, does this need a tool for the caps?

How low is your car? I'm down 60mm in the front with rolled fenders, but I want to make sure I wont rub. Do you rub?
And how is the road noise on those tires?
I'd assume 800 does not include shipping.
And you say those tires are new, or how many miles/tread depth remaining on them?
