Wheel Questions ??? - 15x8 4x100 ET12 Alpina Style

Hey guys-

I came across these wheels and had a few questions-

Will they fit properly on an E21 ? (need rolled fenders?)

Does anyone recognize the manufacturer ? (it appears to have the letters VT on the label and on the face of the rim)

They obviously have some dings/scratches on them. I don't know if they are worth restoring or not. I don't see a lot of 15x8 4x100 ET12 wheels out there so I'm not sure what is a good price for them.

What the market rate for this type of set ?

Cost to properly restore wheels ?

They are around 17 lbs. and he doesn't have any center caps but said there are some out there that will fit.

Just trying to see what to offer him and still have enough to cover the cost to restore them.
