Oh sorry. They are 16x7.5 offset I'm not too sure but the sit pretty flush with the car.

No rings needed they snuggle right on the hub. I can iclude the tires but I'd like 600 shipped then 3tires are in good shape but one is pretty toast. Thy might be 16x8 and they are full polish.sciphone
