I have a set of studded tires, I dont know what NJ laws are though.

I have a set of dunlop graspic snow tires, but they don't have an incredible amount of tread left

I have the 196-60-14 Michelin Arctic Alpines off of my Passat with 4x100 steel wheels I dont need anymore. plenty of tread. $200
