Set of 4 Ronal LS

FS are my Ronal LS 15X7.5 ET 25. NO CURBAGE, no winters. I've had these for probably 7 years, so they are not new. They have all 4 center caps and O-rings and 2 keys to remove the caps. The clear coat has flaked in a few areas, the worst being by the valve stems. They currently have 205/55-15 Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2's that are pretty used up. I don't want to pay to have the tires removed, so they go with them.

I attached a few pics of one. The rims are all in the same condition.

It is hard to tell in the photos. What is that, pitting, flaking paint, curbage?

Sorry, cell phone pics suck and my wife lost my camera again.
Clear coat has flaked in areas. White areas that look like spider webs. Worst is by the valve stems.
These have NEVER touched a curb, no bends etc, scrapes etc.
