RS003 are not 4 holes are they? Thought they were 30. If I hadn't just refinished my 022/061 combo I might have considered using a smaller lip for better tire selection in 16's.

RS003 in 4x100/16" are very hard to come by, they are a 30 hole like the RS001. I don't know why they are since they are a 16" but all other 16" RS I know of are a 34 hole just like 17" RS.

I honestly pity the person trying to build them. Must be VERY hard to find lips in crazy combos. I searched for months on end for what I have for the common 34 holes.
