16" Hartge Wheels Feeler

Ok im thinking about selling my Hartge Wheels...
They are 16" original
NO Caps, No Bends, small crack but fixed by PO, some chips where the caps go but good condition, Just need to be repainted cause paint is faded and flaking cause previous owner painted them rattle can charcoal grey...

No tires included..
