How far do the 80mm studs stick out when u use bottle caps?
We're not allowed to use spacers for the yearly checkup and if the studs stick out to far with the bottle caps, i will also receive a red piece of paper.

It will depend on if you are using spacers or not. If you are not running any spacers then I would reccomend going with the 44mm or 57mm studs. Let me know if you are running any spacers and we will get the right parts for you.

I run 10mm and 15mm spacers all year, except that one day :p.
So the ideal stud would be large enough for the spacers, but small enough to not stick out too much when running without.

I would go with the 57mm studs and make sure that you get at least 6turns when your are torquing down the nut. You should be fine with the 10mm spacers but be sure to check with your 15mm spacers becuase sometimes the wheel pad is too thick and it varies per wheel manufactuer but you should be fine with 57mm studs all the way around.
