Brand new lips. Polished flat caps. Centers were powdercoated silver at Wheels America. Bolts and nuts are Chromed OE bolts, not garbage BFI bolts that rust as soon as you look at them. Barrels were painted black. Tires not included, unless you want to pay for them, they are extra.
