why so cheap, becasue all of the lips are bent. most being barly to one being pretty bad.
center and caps are are included
if you want i will seperate the centers if you just want those so its cheaper to mail. if i do, i will keep some bolts tho as my labor fee, but your shipping fee would be cheaper
