Does anybody have the inverted torx tool or whatever it is that takes off the center caps to borbet a's?

Take a torx bit and drill a hole right in the middle.

haha it's been tried, the torx bit just ate the drill bit up and barely left a dent

OP, both of mine do not look anything like that one. Mine are 3 pin and 4 pin designs. Sounds as thou you have dissimilar metal corrosion happening ie the steel bolt is frozen to the aluminium wheel.

have you tried a shot of pb blaster on it,hoping it might wick it's into the threads? Other alternative is to heat it. Is that nub gone? If not it looks like a tamper resistant tork, might get some at the Chinese emporium aka Harbor Freight.

I have similar bolts/tool don't know if they are the same. The tools
                          are stamped "108".

You need a high quality ($$$) drill bit to do that...

They are not torx, just "randomly" drilled bolts. look at the bolt closely and you will notice that its not a perfect 6 point.
Anti-theft like Vlad said. But its worth a try I guess if you just want to get the caps off.

ok well... then I would just use an easyout. They look ugly and rusted anyway. You can get new bolts and key for like $30 on ebay.

Now sell me your caps once you get them off! lol

Looks like a safety torx bit.
