If anyone is still following this thread here's an update...
First of all, thank you to everyone who either helped or offered to help. I appreciate the offers and assistance.
Secondly, I followed craigslist every day and yesterday finally found my BBS RS 003's for sale. Set up a time to meet up with the person selling them. Ran some searches on the email I got, tracked the owner's Facebook down, got some pictures from a second person (turns out it was his cousin), tracked his Facebook down. Then set up a time to meet up, got his address, went down to my university's police station, handed them all of the information. They went to the location, retrieved my wheels, and the guy confessed.
Getting my 16s back tomorrow. Detective said the guys will be in more trouble with their family than the law (fine with me, I've had my own stupid decisions and consequences from when I was in my 20's to not wish jail/prison over some wheels) and hopefully they think twice or at least probation/community service will keep them in check until they grow up a bit more.Das ist nicht nur nicht richtig, es ist nicht einmal falsch!Comment

Don't get me wrong, I was pissed. But at the end of day energy expended into being pissed about some wheels ticking days off the end of my lifespan over stress wasn't really in my long-term interest :)
That was them.
My ex-wife cracked a lip on the 4th 16 so it's been sitting in storage waiting for me to get around to replacing the lip. I was rolling on one of my 001's.
That was really the most frustrating part of the story...having two complete sets of RS's destroyed value-wise (me having 3 15's and 1 16 and them having 3 16s and one 15).Das ist nicht nur nicht richtig, es ist nicht einmal falsch!Comment
