WTB: Weaves or Other Cheap 14" Wheels for Snow Tires (Chicago)

I'm looking for a cheap set of 14/15" wheels to use for snow tires:
- Regular E30 sizing: 4x100 etc.
- I'm located in the northern suburbs of Chicago, so closer is better. Shipping probably only makes sense if they're really cheap
- Bottle caps would be fine
- I'll pay more for basketweaves
- I'd prefer 14" over 15" because tires will be cheaper
- Obviously very interested in a set that already has good snows mounted
- I'd like to keep it under $200 total for four wheels

I'm open to ideas and can stretch the budget for something unique.

No tires but they are bottle caps & VERY VERY clean. No dent of major scratches. VERY MINIMAL curb rash if any at all
