Had these laying for a couple of months now. Complete [4] Set; One is bent a bit (I think a hit a huge rock) and is rattlecanned black, another is a little bent with a spray of black in the center and the last two are mint no paint on them. NO TIRES; All wheels hold air, I'm pretty sure you can fix the bends. Didn't have any problems running on these.
