Yes, they have tires. Are they worth a darn? Unfortunately no - they have little if any tread. For rolling around they would work.

Thanks for the info. I've got a decent set of bottlecaps right now, but figured for the price if I could get some better tires than I have, it would be worth it. Good luck though.
