Sorry i wasn't clear, not getting wheels done. I am getting a mag fan housing welded by a local guy who is a former aerospace welder.

...unfortunately not all of us are as lucky to have friends like you have.. i havent heard of any wheel place willing to do that, especially on that thick of a piece of magnesium...

not necessarily. With 20mm adaptors the wheels change to:

              front 15x7.5 +2
              rear 15x8 -8

nothing that fender rolling and mild tire stretch cant fix

aren't some on you guys running Sportmax wheels at 15x8 +0? Maybe someone can chime in.

Ah glad you raised that situation. That guy is STILL trying to re-buy them from me and is even offering more money but I'm not dealing with people like that.

here's the thread. Feel free to have a laugh :)

You could probably fit the rears but you will have a good amount of poke

Found a picture of 17" ESM wheels with the SAME EXACT lip offsets as my Jongbloeds with 20mm adaptors. Good reference point.

                        ESM 17" mesh replicas

                        FRONT - 17x8.5 +20 offset (4" lip / 5.5" backspace)
                        REAR - 17x10 +15 offset (4.75" lip / 6.25" backspace)

                        Jongbloed Magnesiums with 20mm adaptors:

                        FRONT - 15x7.5 +2 offset (4" lip / 4.5" backspace)
                        REAR - 15x8 -8 offset (4.75" lip / 4.25" backspace)

                        8)

17 or 18mm is the thinnest you can get. I can't remember which company makes it though.
