Little advice?

Remove the tires then split them down and remove the black paint. Then polish the lips up on a polishing wheel and repaint the face. Bolt back up and sell for 1,400 with tires.

And that bend it NOTHING! get a 2x4 and a heavy sledge hammer and tap it till the bend is gone. I cannot tell you how many wheels I have fixed this way. I like to remove the bends with the tires on. Protects the underside from the ground and keeps the wheel from moving less with the tire grip on the ground.

Remove tires: 30-60
Polishing wheel: 15-30
Paint: 2 cans will do it 30.00

90-150 out of your pocket and you can refinish these in two-three days and make more than you would working in the long run.
