Center bore is already 57.1 . Outer bore is 72.1?

How can you machine down 72.1 to 57.1? You'd need to add material, no?

No, I don't believe so. The spacer's center bore is already 57.1. The spacer is hubcentric meaning that portion is set at 72.56
