Alpine white faces, polished lips, polished bolts, brand new unpainted center caps

Wheels are currently not assembled but come with all of the OEM bolts that have already been cleaned & polished. Since they are a 2 piece wheel, they don't need to be sealed, only bolted/torqued together. I had the faces done in alpine white & the lips polished but I never got around to mounting tires to them. I no longer need them & have no interest in putting them back together myself.
One of the lips have a couple of blemishes & I have pictured them below.
