WTB: 15" or 16" Wheels around NYC

Looking for 15" or 16" wheels around NYC. Would prefer to buy something with good tires. If no tires, price must reflect that. Budget is around $600. Must fit a regular E30 without spacers. Pretty much anything goes as long as they are 15" or 16". Already have a set of staggered 16" ESMs, looking for something simpler. Let me know what you got.

Thats my back up plan and reason for a budget. I can get C1s with tires for $700 shipped. However, buying used is always a much better value so I am trying to go that route.

I have a set of unique Racing Dynamic wheels that are 15x7 with a 13mm offset. They were 5x120 and I had them welded, redrilled 4x100. With the RD cap, you dont see the lugs so they look like they were made for the E30.
