These wheels will need to be refinished; they are nicked and oxidized. Well, 97% of everyone here would want them to be refinished, I should say.
All 4 wheels have some rough edges
All 4 wheels hold air, are round, and need no repair to use as-is
Two have minor bends at the edge of rim. If you'd like to see, you can PM your email address and I'll send detailed pictures.
I've had them to (a local wheel guru) Twin City Wheel in WBL, and they are "routine" repairs the guy said (mark is his name, wheels are his game).
Two of these wheels are painted.
I am in Minneapolis, MN. I prefer local pick-up, but will ship them.
