Are these for a 14 or 15 or 16inch wheels? I don't think they ever came "smoked" from factory. They only came in nogaro silver (which is believe is the color on the ones you have) on SE cars or 16 inch basket weaves. Do you have a part number for these? I'm interested. Can you measure their diameters?-----------------------------------
