17x7.5/4x100 Kosei K1s + 8380 15mm spacers

I recently picked up this set of mint(no bends, scuffs or curb rash) Kosei K1s and bought the necessary spacers(42 draft designs) only to find out that my car was too low in the front to accommodate 17s. The rims come with tires, two of which have lots of tread, the other two have less. I'm looking to get 700 for the wheels and spacers(which are brand new, less than 5 miles of use).
