    fs: worth?

Looking to get some spending $ and clean out my garage. I have these sitting in my garage. 5x120, 16x8 x 4. They are a 3 piece wheel, decent shape, no cracks, dents, or curb rash. How much you think they are worth (minus the transformer center cap - ha). I can have them refurbed too. Offers, w/out tires.

which BBS RZs are those on your car now ? I have a pair of RZ394s - 8.5 x 16 et13 - with similar insane lip. can you run that on the front as well ? with a small enough tire I suspect it would work, having seen people run 8.5 x 17 et15 on M3s before.

what kind of wheel are the 3-piecers ? I'd say they're worth a grand, assuming they are as you mentioned.

      those are DP motorsports enduro.

I would say in perfect condition they would sell for 1,000 or less. I don't think they are that sought after.

      Edit:
did a little searching. Most sell for 600$ or less without tires. I found 16x8.5 and 16x9 variations on vwvortex and other sites going for 400 to 600$. Even the 17" variations are going for well under 1000.

I really like the wheels. If it where me I would hold on to them for those prices.

good to know, thank u. I was told a while ago that they were possibly DP's, but hadn't heard of them and never see them on anyones car. So all things considered, yah, I think I will just keep them as wall art, $400-$600 aint much.

In regards to the current wheels, they are BBS 394's, and to get them to fit and clear the front calipers I had to add 13mm spacers and have the front fenders rolled. I am running ground controls and also had to raise the front end a smidge, which also helps me to get out of the driveway ;-) I think the tires are 225/45/16, but not certain and if it werent raining and dark I would check.

fitment issues on the front are likely a function of the shape of the wheel vs raw offset - the RC302s are 8.5x17 et15 and clear stock calipers fine.

that much lip on the front end is bordering on too much "stance" for my taste, but your car doesn't look too stretched out.

strangely enough, the M3-unique 16s (BBS RZ353) look identical to the E28 M5 (RZ339) but actually have more offset and at the same time more clearance to the caliper, which is counter-intuitive.

I need to take the RZ353s and 339s which I have into work and spin them up to check for balance - they're notoriously soft, tho they do seem to balance well even when slightly bent.
