30 holes in correct. Lips are 2 1/4..smaller lips will alter the offset.

I sure can. The caps come in 2 pieces. The LOGO "OZ" cut out goes right through the first piece, and the second piece is the back. Paint the back any color you want the logo to be. $150 for the set, plus postage. Very light weight so it should be cheap to ship.
