need some tires on the cheap in the philly area

ive about worn through all my tires and need to get a set quick. im not to picky as i could use my bottle caps or my 16x8's looking for any sized 14's that fit on bottle caps, but 16's i need something smaller than my current 205/55/r16's a 205 with a shorter sidewall, or a 195 also preferred with a shorter sidewall. if anybody has anything sitting around in the garage let me know as i dont really have a few hundred bucks to drop on new tires at the moment.
