You could always use a 3/8" corded drill and some cobalt bits and just eyeball redrilling the wheels, it's not the right way to do it, but it hasn't stopped you in the past. Maybe just use a 1/4" spacer from AutoZone to rough out where the holes go. I think you could use a wire coat hanger to centerpunch the spots where you will drill.
Also, I hear that wrapping the hub with electrical tape can work instead of buying the hubcentric rings you'd need to run.
