Adapters, you can run 16x9 et0 with 15mm adapters and a roll/pull

back side, flat backpads could be re-drill or filled and drilled. and Ah your right 18mm is the thinest they'll do for 4 to 5 lug.

Hmmm nice! I've encountered a 5x130 15mm adapter but never a 5x120. I'd like to actually see that (considering it's still safe). I may even buy a set just to have around.
