14" BBS Weaves on Toyo Proxxes 225/50/14 *UPDATED

I have some OEM BBS weaves. They are 14x6.5 4x100 with all original center caps. They are wrapped in Toyo Proxes R888s 225/50/14 45% tread. These are the perfect sleeper wheels with all the grip to hook! I am asking $400. Tires alone retail for more than that.

Sorry - not looking to buy but I didn't think you could run 225s on regular 14" weaves? Do you need spacers to clear?
