8"x16" 5x120 et20. pretty light weight, in good shape. I'd roll with them in their current conditon if I had something to run them on.
old school looking wheels, these. not two-piece, but the polishing on the lip gives them a slick look.

no center caps included but they would probably take any sort of flat round thing one could have made up. they look pretty cool naked as well. the original center caps look like this :
