Do you know how the offset will work with e30 m3? Also do you know anyone to convert it to 5x120?

I'm unsure how they'll fit an e30 m3. I don't have one at disposal to test it on. The centers are made of magnesium so I wouldn't "convert" them to 5x120 if that means redrilling. You could however run adapters.

Redrilling your hubs/discs would be a good option.
