I have for sale some very clean ICW Wheels with no curb rash, and they are very straight. The offset on these wheels is ET30 (I measured them myself using a guide online to make sure I was measuring correctly.) I didn't see the offset printed on the back. This includes all of the lug nuts, caps, and the special lug socket for the security lug nuts, as well as the special tool to remove the screws to hold the caps on. The wheels have brake dust on the back, but they will clean up well (I cleaned a section of them the other day and there were no stains). The only spot with a defect is near the outside where I guess a rock grazed the wheel and left a small pit and scratch. Not very noticeable at all.
