Are the curb rash & flat spot both on the 9.5's?

One 9.5 is perfect, the other is the one with the bad curb rash. And one 8.5 has the rash that isnt as bad.

So one great 9.5, one great 8.5, one really bad 9.5 and one 8.5 with minor rash. I hope that clears it up
