FS - Style 10's - Set of 4 plus spare!

I recently picked these up, they came with an '86 325e that I purchased for parts.

15x7 et24, very light weight. I have four center caps, 3 look very good, and one has a scratch (forgot to take pictures of the caps) These wheels are getting pretty rare, they were an accessory catalog option available from BMW.

Four wheels were a complete set, they're all in about the same condition - in need of refinishing. It looks to me like they were refinished at one point in time, but now the paint is flaking off. However, there's no curb rash, no excessive amounts of wheel weights, they look straight to me. Perfect for a fairly simple refinishing.

The "spare" wheel is still mounted on a very dry rotted tire, and still has the original clear coat on it, along with some corrosion. This wheel also had one smaller ding of curb rash on it, but it isn't too deep. It would need a little more in-depth refinish job than the set of four, but still not too bad.

I'd like $450 for all 5 wheels and four caps (tire will be dismounted of course). I'm willing to ship on the buyer's dime, I have a UPS account at work so it's pretty easy to get a quote and whatnot.

If they don't sell soonish, I will probably refinish them and sell for a higher price. I haven't seen any current ads for these wheels (that I could find), basing my pricing off of the threads I did find. Sets of four going for $5-600 (in better condition), and a NIB set with an asking price of $1200. Most of these were several years ago, so I see this as a fair price for a wheel that's getting really hard to find.

They look awesome on e30's, if I had a four lug car I would keep them for sure.

    Thanks for looking.

I should note pictures #2, 3, 4, and 11 are of the "spare" wheel that has the clear coat on it still, along with a little corrosion - that you can see in pic #4 and #11.

The wheels are also very dirty, mostly old brake and road grime. They've been wrapped in plastic bags for the last couple years and kept in a garage, according the the PO.

        Thank you!

They really just need a good cleaning/prep and some new color, by way of paint or powder coat.

Ben - GLWS. I wish you still had the set of 5 ... I wonder what the cost of refinishing would be for the four remaining? Thoughts on that?

I spoke to a local shop who does BMW wheels and they say that the cost is about $125-150 a wheel for chemical stripping and OEM painting.

OP- GLWS! Love the style 10's!

No. They're MY favorite wheel. I'm tempted to pick them up even though I'm now E30-less.

Even have Style 10s on my E39:
