These are a perfect bolt on fit. No adapters, no cb rings just bolt and go.

IMO these are absolutely the best looking wheels for e30. GLWS!

Might be that the ebay price is a bit high . Supposedly you can get this setup brand new with tires mounted and balanced for $1340 (tunershop/discounttiredirect + $40 mount/balance)

Do you have more pictures (one of each wheel, picture of cracks in the caps, clear coat peeling)?

And could you measure the tread depth?
