The full heights are original BBS with plastic threads. Polish up really nice but have gotten some small dings over the years. I still wouldn't hesitate to run them. The 1/4 heights are brand new and are billet aluminum. You would probably want to put a dot of blue loctite on the threads to keep them from backing out.
Small threads are for small face BBS RSs such as the 001 and 003. If you are unsure, measure the diameter of the threads for your hex caps and if they are around 50mm they are small thread.
