We got in another Sport for restoring, which also has a set, but they're untidy.
These ones are $499 shipped without tyres (tyres shot anyway). Will need the lips polished up etc - anyway they're cheap.

What is the condition of the tyres?

First set, reasonable, would do for a little while. Second set, done, they'll be getting removed.

Are the lips non painted?

The lips would originally have been painted, and you can still see some of the paint. They could be painted again, or polished. As you see fit.
