Not sure if these are NOS or just a really nice refinish. Bought them like this ~5 years ago on ebay from a going out of business dealer. No signs of them ever having tires on them and there is a little red sticker on one of them. A couple marks in the paint from getting moved around but that's it. More pics in my picture folder.
