I offered you a price. You never responded. You know when you are buying something you usually negotiate. If you won't budge on Price, you could always say that instead of leaving someone hanging. I would have wanted them either way. But with your poor attitude/lack of a response I wouldn't buy them now if you reduced them $400. Glws and maybe learn to have better communication with potential buyers.
