(MD) WTB cheapest 4x100 wheels/tires that won't kill me

I'm looking for a set of wheels and tires to throw on a project e30. Tread doesn't need to be great, but they need to hold air and be roadworthy. Tires need to be newer than 8 years old. Rims should be straight, but curb rash doesn't matter. I live near Frederick, but am willing to drive to NoVA, Baltimore, etc. Thanks!

There always seems to be a set of bottle caps on craigslist for cheap. I feel like people can't give those wheels away. Keep looking, I am sure some will show up. There is a set with tires on my local craigslist for $100 if you want to come to NJ haha.

yeah, my local craigslist is dry right now. Someone has a single bottle cap for $25 and that's it. I need at least two, preferably four :-/ NJ might actually be an option.
