15.35” ...they are 200/60/390mm tires I think which is such an absurd size but I think people fit 16 inch tires over them? I’m not too sure since I never used them and they still have the original tires on them

There is no way to run non-TRX tires on TRX sized wheels. And TRX tires are very expensive and not readily available.
Dont take this the wrong way, but there is no piratical application for those wheels. Recycle/scrap them.
