    They do require spacers, which are provided. They spacers are hubcentric. Offset with them comes to +23. I have never had a rubbing issue, as I shouldn't.

              Dep on what their offset is, I dont see why not. I actually had a local guy wanting to buy them for his 2002. I told him they werent for sale and since he had some custom wheels made.

                    2002's more or less have the same offset as an E30.
