FS: Work Ewing Mesh 16x7/8 5x120 (Low offset)

Up for grabs is a fresh set of authentic Work Wheels. I picked these up a few months ago here on r3vlimited in hopes of persuading myself to go 5 lug on my e30 325i, however I got new 4 lug wheels and the 5 lug will not happen anytime soon.

Since there are no Japanese car manufacturers with 5x120 lug patterns, these wheels were a specific custom order, so rest assured you will be the only one around your area with them!

This set is a staggered set. Here are the specs:

    16x7 et19
    16x8 et08

On the 7" wheels, there is 3" of lip on the barrel, while the 8" wheel has a massive 4" of lip on the barrel. The offset is low, ordered to sit flush with your fenders, preventing that "sunken" in look that even most aftermarket wheels have. It provides a clean and subtle look that it will stand out from the rest, including any set of the BBS RSs that every other BMW has (sorry RS owners... they are awsome wheels, but so played out :D).

Also, being 2 piece wheels, they are extremely lighter than your regular cast wheels. The 7" weighs ~15lbs and the 8" is at around ~16lbs.

These wheels are in very good condition. They could use some polishing to get that true shine, but overall they look stunning. If anyone is inclined enough to do a sick polishing job, these wheels would be drop dead gorgeous.

I am looking for $1000 shipped. I can take Paypal or any other payment method (as long as it clears on my account). For Paypal I'd like to see a confirmed address please. I will ship with Fedex Ground insured and with tracking number.

    Thanks,
    Erick

Yeah, if I could invest the money into a 5 lug on the convertible, I'd do it and put the wheels on that car. But right now I am in a bad predicament, and I gotta start selling some wheels. Might as well be the ones I have no use for at the present time.

Shame too because they are the only 2-piece wheels I have owned so far.

So someone, please finish the job and put them on a slammed e30.

          Did you fix?
          (2) of them have very small nick bends in the lips.
          (1) wheel has a flat spot in the lip

Nope, none of that has been addressed. Honestly, looking at them, it completely skipped my attention to even notice it. I tried polishing them some, but for the lack of some materials, I never had the chance to finish them. After a while where the e34 touring plans fell through, the wheels just went into storage.

            I replied to your PM.

These were most definetly custom ordered. As far as I know, the Ewing series have been long discontinued as well. There might be a set of 17s around the world somewhere.... but I doubt it could even be ordered. You could always check with your local Work distributor in NZ.

If you're willing to get these so badly, then start PMing to negociate. If your terms have not changed then you're doing nothing but bumping my thread for me.
