By the way, why did you disassemble them? Did I miss that part?

Also, how hard is it going to be to reassemble them. I dont have a torque wrench, so i would imagine i'd need to torque them to spec. Or is it recommended I have a good shop assemble them back together?

I bought them disassembled. I have helped buddies put together wheels before and we torqued everything to 30ft/lbs and never had any trouble. Those bolts arent supposed to be massively torqued anyways.

If you have a torque wrench, I suggest doing it yourself.
