Where did the LM copy thread go?

There was a thread here recently about a new BBS LM copy, and it had pics of the wheels on a Toyota breadbox and a Civic.

    Where did it go?

Fell through. The manufacturer decided they needed 100 sets instead of 10. I believe there is one still going on vwvortex though. They are getting together a 16x9 group buy, same wheels.

      Ah, that sucks.

I'd buy a set in 7.5 or 8 inch widths.

Why doesn't eveybody do this...Oh wait, it's because they cost about over $1000/wheel. Not to mention I don't think they make them in 4-Lug or 16's. 17 and up and I think the lowest width is 8.

They make them in 4x100 for the new Mini, the centerbore is just too small. Any competent machine shop could enlarge them for very little cost.

And yes, they are real LM's.

Yea, vwvortex is trying to get 100 people to get the 16x9s, the guy at Spun said he could try to get it going with 50 people.
